ISO-certified
MCT Brattberg’s production process is ISO 9001:2000 certified. Every product in our system is manufactured according to a tried and tested quality control system that is fully documented.
The images show robot welding of steel frames, a process that ensures consistently high quality. Other images show various phases of quality control.

To test the quality of our welding, we carry out both destructive and non-destructive testing.
Fire testing
As part of our efforts in testing the safety of MCT Brattberg products, we have fire-testing facilities located at our head office in Karlskrona, Sweden. These facilities are used primarily for four purposes:
- To continuously test MCT Brattberg cable/pipe transit components
- To comply with the demands of various certification standards issued by different countries and standardization authorities
- As an aid in our research and development activities
- To show customers and other interested parties how we carry out fire testing
