Gert Fylking, 63-years old, is a Swedish actor journalist, politician and anchorman of countrywide radio programs. Robert Aschberg, 56-years old, is a TV personality and one of Sweden's most popular media hosts. These two well-know celebrities are currently carrying out a marathon charity walk from Ystad on the south coast of Sweden to Haparanda close to the Swedish-Finnish border in the north of Sweden, a distance of about 1700 km. En route they are collecting donations for prostate cancer research.
Given a donation
On Monday 16th March at lunch time, they passed the MCT Brattberg factory in Lyckeåborg, just outside Karlskrona, where they were invited into the factory by staff. The walkers were then offered a meal of grilled sausages, given a donation by MCT Brattberg staff and then taken on a quick tour of the factory. Before they left, Gert and Robert gave their thanks for the kindness shown and signed the MCT Brattberg guest book. After leaving they had only 1500 km left to go!
