Planning the packing space
The space in a frame, which can be used exclusively for holding insert blocks, is called the packing space. In the RGS-type frames the compression system always occupies 40 mm of each frame. In the RGP-type frames no compression system or stayplates are necessary, therefore the packing space consists of the entire interior area of the frame.
Tables in our product catalogues can help you determine which insert block to use.
