RGG-O tranisttype can be bolted onto concrete, plaster board wall or casted into a concrete wall or floor to protect against flooding, water and ingress.

The standard transit is made of an angle bar 60x60x6 mm, in mild steel, stainless steel or aluminium. The mild steel transits are supplied with two types of surface finish, primer or galvanized.

The transit is made of two angle bars 60x6 and two gables in galvanized mild steel.
The standard height varies with the sizes - 2, 4, 6 or 8 (internal width 120.5 ± 1). Can be installed in horizontal combinations.

RGG-O have removable ends which enables installation where cables already have been pulled.

All dimensions are exactly the same for the standard MCT Brattberg components.
All Insert Blocks are marked with yellow marking (see instructions).

Grounding and Bonding

For grounding & bonding applications standard presswedge or endpacking is sufficient.
Series E-RGS, E-RGB, E-RGG, and E-RGP These products are primarily intended for grounding and bonding of communication, instrument, power, braid or wire armored cables and copper pipes.
Plugs and Wraps are only for use in Grounding and Bonding applications, not EMC

Correct and safe installations

To achieve the highest standard of safety, a cable or pipe transit must be installed correctly. As there are many different types of frame – which may be either welded, bolted or glued into position – and insert block, it is essential that installers known when to use the most appropriate installation method.
